How it works

1. Request an Estimate – fill in the form, and we will get back to you with an estimate.

2. Book a quote and glass measurement appointment – If you are satisfied with an initial estimate, we will schedule a quote appointment where we will show you a sample of the glass, answer all your questions, and take measurements for the glass.

3. We will email you a detailed quote, and if you decide to move forward, we will send you an invoice to cover the costs of glass production and delivery.

4. Vacuum-insulated glass is produced and imported from overseas, as there is only one factory in Europe that manufactures VIG glass. The typical production and delivery lead time is 6-8 weeks.

5. We will notify you when the delivery is due and will schedule the installation day.

6. After installation we will take your old double glazing units with us and dispose of them.
